Availability and timeframes
Each product page shows where the stock is and how soon it can be ready:
- Available now: in stock at our Fawkner shop, ready for pick-up, fitting or dispatch.
- Melbourne stock: ordered in from our Melbourne warehouses, usually ready within 24 hours.
- Interstate stock: sent from interstate warehouses. NSW and Adelaide stock generally takes 24–48 hours to reach us, and Perth stock 5–7 business days.
Timeframes are business days and are estimates. We'll contact you if there's a delay.
Delivery costs
Delivery costs depend on your location and the size and weight of your order. They're shown at checkout before you pay. Free pick-up from our Fawkner shop is available on all orders.
Fitting
If you've bought fitting or another service, we'll contact you to book a time. Products that need fitting are held at our shop until your booking.
Truck tyres
Truck tyres are supply only (no fitting) and are available for pick-up from our shop.
Damaged or incorrect deliveries
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery, before fitting. See our Warranty & Refund Policy for details.
