Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment is required in full when you order online. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we'll contact you before going ahead. You can then pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Stock
Stock levels come from our shop and our warehouses and can change quickly. If an item you've ordered is unavailable, we'll offer you an alternative or a full refund.
Fitment and vehicle details
Please give us accurate vehicle details and tell us about any modifications when ordering. Changing your wheel or tyre size can affect your vehicle's roadworthiness and your car insurance. Before modifying your vehicle, check with VicRoads (or your state's road authority) and let your insurer know about the change. Undeclared modifications can affect your cover if you need to make a claim.
Bookings
Fitting, puncture repairs and other services are booked in and completed at our Fawkner workshop. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to change or cancel a booking.
Returns, refunds and warranties
Returns, refunds and warranty claims are handled under our Warranty & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
